In several cases, CPP Upload users have noted that their files fail to upload entirely. This has been traced back to Cybersecurity / IT Firewall policies at secure DOE sites. In case this affects you, please reach out to your site IT team with the following information:
In order to effectively upload files to PARS, the following domains need to be accessible:
https://pars.doe.gov
https://parsprodstorage.file.core.usgovcloudapi.net
https://file.bg8azfstrz03a.store.core.usgovcloudapi.net
Additionally, exceptions to any rules preventing the upload of files to some "file sharing" services may need to be created. PARS utilizes Azure Government Cloud file storage (fileshare and "blob") for upload processing.
