The PARS CPP upload system is transitioning to use of a JSON file format. This format will be automatically generated by software such as Oracle P6, Deltek Cobra, and Decision Edge WebEVM.

The legacy CSV format that is currently accepted for uploads but is intended to be retired by late 2023 has a different specification, which can be attached to this page.
Some contracts may still be uploading MDB format files, but this is a deprecated process and support will be discontinued in the coming months.
